Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Plan, manage, record, monitor, and execute all General Affair (GA) operational activities, including facility maintenance, workspace management, and fulfillment of company operational needs
  • Source, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors, as well as oversee project execution
  • Coordinate the GA team (office boy, security, maintenance workers, drivers, etc.) to ensure efficient and effective performance
  • Conduct routine inventory stock opname to maintain accurate and updated asset data
  • Manage procurement processes for goods and services, from requests and vendor selection to receiving items
  • Oversee and control office supplies (ATK) and other operational needs, including purchasing and routine stock checks
  • Supervise cleanliness, safety, and overall comfort of the workplace to ensure smooth office operations
  • Basic knowledge of K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) and office security is a plus

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Administration, Management, or related field)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Affair staff or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and general office administration
  • Experienced in managing company assets, coordinating with vendors/external parties, and handling operational needs
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • High initiative, strong problem-solving abilities, and proactive in addressing issues
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Based in the Jabodetabek area
  • Able to join immediately
