Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage and ensure the availability of office facilities (electricity, water, internet, cleanliness, security)
Maintain and monitor company assets (office inventory, equipment, vehicles, etc.)
Handle procurement of office supplies and operational needs
Coordinate with external vendors (cleaning service, security, maintenance, etc.)
Manage GA administration (asset records, vendor contracts, invoices, documentation)
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable workplace environment
Handle office permits and operational documents if required
Arrange business travel needs (transportation, accommodation, etc.)
Monitor and control GA operational expenses in line with the budget
Support internal events, meetings, and company activities

Kualifikasi

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Management, Administration, or related field)
1–3 years of experience in General Affairs or operational roles
Strong understanding of office facility and asset management
Experience in procurement and vendor management
Good administrative and documentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong problem-solving ability
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure
