Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible for handling all operational GA issues, including waste management, facility management, environmental standards, and safety in the Food Factory.
Oversee and manage general administration tasks within the organization.
Develop and implement HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Plan and execute safety and environmental training programs for employees.
Monitor and assess potential workplace hazards and develop preventive measures.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient facility and resource management.
Manage and supervise a team of GA and HSE staff.
Regularly inspect the facility to maintain safety standards and environmental compliance.
Keep records and reports related to GA and HSE activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with relevant authorities and stakeholders in the field.
Continuously improve and enhance GA and HSE processes.

Kualifikasi

Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Affairs Supervisor, preferably in Manufacturing.
Good understanding of safety and security (disease and hazard prevention).
Strong knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), GMP, HACCP, SAP, and Leadership.
Proficiency in operating MS Office.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Agile, flexible, and capable of working independently and as a team member.
Strong leadership and analytical thinking.
