About the Role
Are you an experienced professional in the P2P lending space who excels at managing partnerships? As a Funding Supervisor, you will focus on nurturing relationships with financial institution partners, such as banks and other lending companies, to drive significant business growth and funding volumes.
What You'll Do
- Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with banks and other financial institutions to optimize funding opportunities.
- Strategically collaborate with internal teams to expand funding volumes through innovative approaches.
- Monitor and manage the performance of existing partnerships, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Leverage your expertise in P2P lending to analyze and mitigate risks in funding processes.
- Provide comprehensive reports and actionable insights to drive improvements in funding strategies.
Kualifikasi
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in P2P lending, specifically in funding or partnership roles.
- In-depth understanding of credit processes and credit risk management within the P2P lending ecosystem.
- Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships with financial institutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven and proactive in achieving targets.
