Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor daily disbursement and repayment processes, ensuring payment details and account numbers are accurate.
- Maintain sufficient bank balances to ensure smooth and uninterrupted settlements.
- Reconcile insurance transactions, including premium registration and claim processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and support the month-end closing process.
- Serve as the PIC for external coordination with insurance and funding partners.
- Support other ad-hoc finance and operational activities as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Finance or Funding Operations; experience in P2P lending, BNPL, or financial services is preferred.
- Strong data accuracy, reconciliation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Fluent in English.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
- Comfortable handling repetitive, process-driven tasks.
