Position Overview
We are looking for a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Admin Funding Intern to support our Funding Team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and has strong organizational skills.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all administrative tasks for the Funding Team.
- Assist in tracking and organizing documentation related to funding activities.
- Support the team in task management and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow.
- Act as a liaison between the Funding Team and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate exchange of documents and information.
- Draft and manage internal emails related to documentation and operational coordination.
- Proactively assist in improving documentation systems and ensuring information is always up to date.
- Maintain a high level of curiosity and willingness to understand the full funding process and contribute to process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Finance, Administration, or related fields.
- Meticulous, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving team environment.
- Eager to learn and highly proactive in completing tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
