Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support the daily reconciliation and fund settlement process by checking transaction accuracy and helping prepare simple reports.
- Assist in keeping records for payment accounts and make sure documentation is complete and organized.
- Work together with Finance, Tech, and other teams to support process updates and system improvements.
- Help monitor system activities and share ideas to make processes more efficient.
- Assist in preparing summaries and reports related to cash flow and account operations.
- Help document business processes and internal guidelines to improve team workflow.
- Learn how to communicate and work with external partners such as banks or auditors, guided by senior team members.
Kualifikasi
- Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn financial systems and reconciliation processes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data checking and reporting.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus.
