Position Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer who will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our core technology platforms. This role involves working closely with Product, Design, and other Engineering team members to build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions that directly support business operations and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Development & Engineering Execution
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Go (Golang) following best practices.
- Build and maintain modern web and/or mobile applications using Next.js and/or Flutter.
- Ensure code quality through clean architecture, reusable components, and maintainable code standards.
Backend & Database Management
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas to support scalable and reliable systems.
- Write efficient queries and ensure data integrity, performance, and security.
API & System Integration
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs that are reliable, secure, and easy to consume.
- Integrate internal services and external third-party systems when required.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Delivery
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and fellow Engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in technical discussions, planning, estimation, and implementation to ensure timely delivery.
Performance, Reliability & Maintenance
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes to improve system stability.
Continuous Improvement & Learning
- Continuously improve development processes, tooling, and technical standards.
- Stay updated with modern software engineering trends, tools, and best practices relevant to web, backend, and cloud development.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer or equivalent role.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) for backend and API development.
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js and/or Flutter.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and backend development best practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Problem Solving & Mindset
- Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Able to break down complex problems and deliver practical, effective solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Nice to Have (Plus Points)
- Understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalability concepts.
- Experience with Cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, such as CI/CD pipelines, Docker, monitoring, and logging.
- Knowledge of ELT / data pipelines and data-driven systems.
- Prior experience working in SaaS or Healthcare / Health-Tech environments.
