Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications using Java
Develop and enhance frontend interfaces using HTML and CSS
Build and consume RESTful APIs to support application functionality
Ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend components
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Collaborate with developers, QA, and project stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency
Support testing, deployment, and post-release activities
Continuously improve application performance, security, and scalability

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency in Java
Solid understanding of:
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
RESTful API development
Relational databases (SQL / RDBMS)
Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot is a plus
Proficient in HTML and CSS
Good understanding of:
Responsive web design
UI layout and styling
Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs
Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus

Tools & Environment (Nice to Have)

Experience using Git or other version control systems
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
Basic experience with CI/CD or deployment processes is a plus

Open to feedback and continuous improvement
