Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee and optimize the fulfillment process for fresh and frozen products, ensuring on-time, accurate, and quality deliveries.
- Develop and implement best practices to ensure operational excellence and adherence to food safety standards.
- Monitor and manage KPIs, including order fulfillment rates, cycle times, and inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfillment operations.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve fulfillment efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Train and develop fulfillment teams, focusing on process improvements, quality control, and safety standards.
- Ensure that all products are handled and stored appropriately, maintaining the cold chain for frozen products and proper care for fresh items.
- Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance to meet demand fluctuations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in fulfillment management, particularly in handling fresh and frozen products.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations within the quick commerce industry.
- Expertise in cold chain management and food safety standards.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive process improvements and manage KPIs.
- Understanding of food safety and quality control standards.
- Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays.
