Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Analyze the day-to-day operations of fresh warehouse, ensuring proper handling, storage, and dispatch of fresh products.
Create & maintain Standard Operating Procedures/ Working instructions for Warehouse fresh End to End process.
Set up & monitor Key Performance Indicators for the operational team & running project improvement to achieve the metrics.
Liaise with stakeholders regarding the needs of warehouse operational improvement such as product, supply chain, commercial, data, etc
Implement and optimize warehouse procedures, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all equipment is functioning and that supply chain integrity is maintained.

Kualifikasi

Data analysis skills to have justification & give visibility with data-proven
The problem-solving mindset to find solutions in operational end-to-end process
Knowledge related to warehouse operational process (inbound, inventory, outbound)
Familiar with the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Implement, Control) process for setting up project management & improvement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
