On behalf of our client, we're hiring for Frontend Technical Lead
Job Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-quality software with a focus on stability, maintainability, readability, performance, and compliance with standards.
- Collaborate closely with designers to create responsive, efficient, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Work alongside developers to recommend the best software packages, hardware solutions, and techniques to achieve desired features, systems, and tools.
- Lead the development team by providing insights on resource allocation, scope, and feasibility for new ideas, features, and enhancements to current products.
- Optimize and adhere to development processes to consistently meet or exceed quality and release benchmarks.
- Devise innovative solutions to complex UI/UX challenges, enhancing the overall user experience of the product.
- Guarantee the technical viability and scalability of advanced UI/UX designs.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirement:
- Experience in doing Architecture Design
- +6 years of experience in frontend development
- At least 2 years hands-on in Vue 3.
- At least 2-3 years of experience leading a frontend development team.
- Experience in working with International Team
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable frontend architectures for large-scale applications, emphasizing performance and development efficiency.
- A practical and results-oriented approach to tackling technical challenges, focusing on effective solutions rather than rigid methodologies.
- Strong sense of accountability, with the ability to identify needs and make impactful decisions independently.
- Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations while contributing to team success.
- Problem-solving expertise rooted in adaptability and efficiency, with a focus on implementing practical and effective solutions.
