Kualifikasi

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in a Front Office or Hotel Receptionist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on guest relations.
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and reservations management.
  • Experience with cash handling and payment processing.
  • Computer proficiency, including MS Office and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
