About the Role
You’ll capture the stories, energy, and experiences of SejutaCita Trip — from international student journeys to leadership and cultural programs. As Videographer & Editor, you’ll travel with our team, document the trip end-to-end, and create compelling videos that showcase what it feels like to join SejutaCita experiences.
This role is perfect for someone who loves travel, fast-paced environments, and turning real moments into videos people remember.
What You’ll Do
- Travel with the SejutaCita Trip team to shoot full-trip coverage (B-roll, storytelling, interviews, highlights).
- Produce short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form recap videos.
- Plan shot lists and storyboards before the trip and execute them on-site.
- Capture authentic moments: student interactions, cultural activities, learning sessions, and behind-the-scenes.
- Edit videos with strong pacing, transitions, music selection, and emotional storytelling.
- Deliver daily or near-daily content during trips (when required) for social posting.
- Manage and organize footage, backups, and quick-turnaround edits.
- Ensure brand consistency and high quality across all video outputs.
Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years experience in videography and video editing (travel, documentary, or event coverage is a big plus).
- Strong portfolio that shows storytelling skills, movement, and dynamic edits.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Pro.
- Able to shoot with mirrorless/pro cameras (Sony/Canon) and manage lighting & audio.
- Comfortable working long hours during trips and adapting to changing conditions.
- Strong sense of composition, color, pacing, and narrative.
- Organized, reliable, and extremely fast in post-production.
Bonus Points
- Experience creating travel content or shooting overseas.
- Basic ability in motion graphics or color grading.
- Familiarity with social media trends and high-retention editing formats.
