Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist associates in drafting and documenting SOPs related to hub operations, particularly for picker, packer, and driver workflows.
- Support the creation of visual process flowcharts to clearly illustrate daily operational steps.
- Ensure all SOPs follow standard formats and templates (e.g., SOP Astro or internal documentation standards).
- Help collect process information from the field and translate it into structured, easy-to-follow documentation.
- Coordinate with hub staff to validate SOPs and ensure operational accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Statistic, and Math are strongly preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite Applications.
- Highly motivated with the "never-give-up" and growth mindset.
- Highly willingness to learn and quickly adapt in a face paced environment.
