Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create and prepare monthly social media strategy and planning across Astro media channels of Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Lead, supervise, and maintain day-to-day social media performance and analytics with a focus on KPI of Followers' Growth, Link clicks, and Engagement Rate.
- Lead, supervise, and plan various social media content that is relevant to Astro's target audience and relevant to today’s hype and momentum.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other functions in Astro regarding content request support slots & concepts.
- Prepare social media reports on a weekly & monthly basis for learning, insight, and room for improvement to be implemented.
- Create a social media activity plan to improve all social media performance and KPI,. including ideation & budget allocation.
- Reporting to the Head of Marketing and have 1 team to be managed, i.e. Content Strategist.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Content Strategist or similar role.
- Have used social media or developed campaigns for brand awareness and impressions.
- High levels of enthusiasm, creativity, and resourcefulness.
- Open-minded, teachable, inquisitive, and proactive.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude and a creative/innovative mind to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to the accuracy of highly detailed information.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal and presentation skills in English.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good time-management skills that allow you to work effectively under pressure
