As our Astronaut, your missions are:
- Coordinate with the hiring team to identify hiring needs
- Source potential candidates through various channels
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
- Conduct interviews, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.

Job Requirements
In order to launch successfully, you need to have:
- Min. Bachelor's degree, preferably from Psychology/Human Resources
- Has experience in recruiting blue-collar workers. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Agile and self-driven
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
