We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Freelance Procurement Specialist to help identify and evaluate suppliers for digital top-up services. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of top-up services, ensuring that all suppliers meet our company's quality standards while maintaining cost efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify and evaluate suppliers, ensuring they meet quality standards and cost goals.
- Analyze pricing trends and competitive offerings for cost-saving opportunities.
- Assess and select vendors based on pricing, reliability, and service quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with digital service providers to secure favorable terms.
- Negotiate terms and pricing, ensuring compliance with contracts.
- Monitor procurement timelines and ensure alignment with business goals and deadlines.
- Track procurement activities and maintain records to evaluate supplier performance.
- Maintain project reports to ensure timely delivery and alignment with the company’s budget.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or sourcing in the digital services or gaming industry.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of the game top-up or digital services market.
- Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze pricing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software tools.
- Personal Traits:
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Self-motivated and have good communication skills.
