Astro is looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to support our Pricing Operations team in conducting online competitor benchmarking. The primary responsibility is to accurately identify and document competitor product listings, capturing URLs, SKU IDs, or competitor IDs across key e-commerce platforms. This role is essential for ensuring reliable and precise 1:1 product mapping to inform our pricing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct offline competitor benchmarking to collect and compile pricing and product data not accessible through automated tools.
- Regularly gather competitor data through manual processes, including visiting competitor websites, physical stores, or other sources.
- Ensure collected data is accurate, up-to-date, and integrated into the internal pricing system.
- Work closely with the pricing team to ensure that offline benchmarking data is aligned with overall pricing strategies.
- Assist in identifying trends and gaps in competitor pricing and product offerings that can inform pricing adjustments.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Strong research skills with attention to detail in collecting and compiling competitor data.
- Proficiency in Excel or other data management tools to organise and analyse manually collected data.
- Ability to perform manual data gathering tasks, including visiting competitor stores.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple sources of data and keep records up-to-date.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with the pricing team and share benchmarking insights.
- Prior experience in an administrative or data collection role is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed for data collection from physical locations.
