Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key functions within the People Division.
- Ensure all SOPs are aligned with the joint project framework with IA&RM team and organizational goals.
- Facilitate workshops/meetings with stakeholders to capture accurate processes and secure buy-in.
- Map and review existing job descriptions across the organization.
- Identify gaps, overlaps, or misalignments in roles and responsibilities.
- Provide recommendations for updating or standardizing job descriptions.
- Review and evaluate the current WLA process for effectiveness and alignment with organizational needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Support other process governance or organizational development initiatives as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Proven 1-2 years of experience in Organization Development, HR Process Improvement, or related consultancy roles.
- Strong expertise in SOP creation, job analysis, and process mapping.
- Familiarity with WLA (Work Load Analysis) methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.
- Willing to work from the office 2–3 times per week.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Available to join immediately.
