The graphic designer translates design ideas into wireframes and high-quality prototypes that align with project requirements, product goals, and PVG's brand identity. This role involves conducting visual audits and researching competitors' products and market trends to uncover data-driven insights for improving visual delivery. Additionally, the designer creates sketches, mock-ups, and prototypes during the development phase to bring new design ideas to life, providing recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation and design of visual content for various communication channels, including but not limited to social media posts, website banners, brochures, and print materials.
- Support the design and layout of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs based on project requirements.
- Be available for feedback and revisions as needed.
- Perform remote work with regular weekly check-ins via Google Meet or other communication channels.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience with at least 5 years as a graphic designer.
- Has working experience in a startup or early-stage company.
- Ability to translate key messages into visual elements.
- Proficient in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, etc.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa communications (both verbal and written).
(Great to have)
- Experience in creating animation, motion graphics, and video editing is an advantage.
- Experience in photography.
- Having experience working in a multidisciplinary team that includes design, business, and technology.
- Working experience in a fast-paced agency setting.
