Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Melayani inbound chat customer yang masuk melalui WhatsApp (melayani pertanyaan customer seputar produk Torch, memberikan rekomendasi produk yang cocok untuk customer).
- Melakukan outbound chat (menghubungi customer yang pernah membeli produk Torch di channel retail lewat WhatsApp untuk di akuisisi menjadi customer Corporate Sales (B2B).
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK/sederajat.
- Memiliki sebagai Customer Service/Admin Marketplace/Salesman minimal 1 tahun.
- Bersedia bekerja on-site/WFO di Bandung.
