Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Own and run core FP&A deliverables for Vidio: monthly management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Support content investment analysis and business partnering to inform decision-making. - Support AI-based cost control initiatives, including automated variance analysis and anomaly detection.
- Temporarily act as project manager for AI implementation initiatives within the Finance function, coordinating across Finance sub-teams.
- Reports to Senior FP&A Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or audit, with hands-on exposure to the full FP&A cycle — monthly management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance/performance analysis. Candidates from an accounting or audit background should demonstrate the ability to translate financial statements into management reporting and analysis.
- Exposure to cost control through automation or analytics, including variance analysis and identification of anomalies in cost data.
- Experience coordinating a cross-team project or workstream, including tracking milestones and follow-ups; exposure to finance system or AI implementation is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; able to work under review at Senior Staff level with ownership of assigned deliverables.
