- Mengembangkan formulasi produk kosmetik, perawatan rambut (hair care), dan perawatan tubuh (body care).
- Mengelola dan menguji bahan baku, bahan aktif alami, serta menguji stabilitas produk akhir.
- Memastikan seluruh produk dan formulasi memenuhi regulasi kosmetik yang berlaku.
- Memiliki pemahaman mengenai fragrance untuk pengaplikasian pada produk kosmetik.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas departemen seperti R&D, produksi, dan marketing dalam pengembangan produk.
Kualifikasi
- Lulusan S1 Farmasi / Jurusan Terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang R&D, formulasi kosmetik, atau manufaktur industri kosmetik.
- Memahami proses formulasi, bahan baku, serta stabilitas produk kosmetik.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang tajam, komunikasi yang baik, serta menguasai Ms. Office.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta Barat.
