Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Conduct formulation trials and assist in the development of solid dosage forms (e.g., tablets).
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain laboratory-scale and pilot production equipment.
  • Support scale-up and technology transfer processes from lab to production.
  • Document all experimental work, results, and observations in compliance with GMP standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, QC, and Production to ensure successful product development.
  • Contribute to process improvements and product performance optimization.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or Analytical Chemistry.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Formulation Operator in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiar with formulation development processes especially granulation up to compression process and laboratory/production equipment.
  • Skilled in operating and maintaining pharmaceutical production machines.
  • Innovative, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to be based in Jakarta Barat.
