Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide effective solutions to design and construction challenges by applying a strong understanding of materials, mold construction, and manufacturing processes.
- Manage 2D/3D sole geometry and related molds, and contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance timeline efficiency, and drive innovation within footwear development.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to support product development and resolve mold-related issues.
- Serve as the primary contact between the development center and headquarters for all mold-related topics.
- Oversee and explain the 3D component creation process from concept (initial stage) to mass production.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tooling or Bottom Mold Engineer in the footwear industry.
- Strong knowledge of mold construction and production processes.
- Proficient in 2D/3D design software, especially Rhino.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively across departments.
