Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Food Specification Intern to support our Quality Excellence team.
The primary responsibility will be to assist in the administrative and documentation process for food specbooks, which serve as a product reference standard for suppliers.
This includes collecting technical information, creating visual documentation, and ensuring all specifications are accurately captured and presented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and compile product specifications and supporting data from internal teams and suppliers, including photographs and storage instructions.
- Assist in the completion of specbooks for Fresh and Frozen products (e.g., shelf life, handling procedures, expiration, storage conditions).
- Maintain and update specbooks using Google Sheets and Google Docs formats.
- Perform on-site documentation activities (e.g., photographing products at the warehouse) to ensure real and accurate product visuals are included.
- Support the Quality Excellence team in the finalization of specbooks
- Ensure that all specbook entries follow standardized formats and templates.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Agricultural Technology, or a related field.
- Interest in the food industry, especially with Fresh (fruits, vegetables) and Frozen products.
- Basic understanding of food regulations and standards such as Food Safety, HACCP, and GMP is preferred.
- Prior work experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; must be systematic and consistent in following data formats and templates.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Docs; experience with data entry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; must be proactive in coordinating with Warehouse and Hub teams to retrieve necessary data.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the Quality Excellence Officer.
- Willingness to work in a mobile setting across warehouse locations (Cibinong, Pegangsaan, Srengseng).
