Where you will tackle some challenges, such as :
- Developing new menu
- Improving existing recipe
- Exploring with new ingredients
- Increasing and scaling-up big batch
- Building SOP and end-to-end Process
- Experimenting with cooking equipments and robotics and many more exciting challenges
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Food Technology or Culinary Arts
- 1-2 years of experience in similar position, but freshgraduates are welcomed to apply
- Willing to work from the office in Jakarta Barat (Tanjung Duren and Kalideres)
