Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Install and configure computer H/W , S/W and All IT devices
Support Video Conference Meeting, Hybrid or Online
Monitor and maintain end user computer system
Troubleshoot HW and SW issues
Preventive maintenance for all IT Devices
Create report and manage documentation for IT Environtment
Building relationships and engage with customers.
Aware for customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

Major Computer Science / Information Technology
Have Knowledge about IT, Infrastructure, Hardware, Software,Networking, Gadget
Familiar with Microsoft Product, and Cloud service
