As a Financial Sales Admin Intern, you will be an integral part of our finance and sales team, assisting in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our transaction platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately record and manage transaction data within the Payuung platform.
- Prepare and send transaction commission invoices to merchants in a timely manner.
- Compile and prepare transaction payment data for merchants, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare monthly recaps of transaction results and commission for each product, providing clear and concise reports.
- Assist the team with administrative tasks related to theTarik Gaji Awal module, ensuring smooth operation and support.
Kualifikasi
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
