Financial Planning & Analysis Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and Financial Planning:
• Assist in the preparation, management, and updating of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts in alignment with corporate financial objectives.
• Gather inputs from various departments to ensure budget assumptions are accurate and reflect business needs.
• Monitor departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with company targets, and provide corrective recommendations when necessary.
• Financial Forecasting, Analysis & Reporting :
• Develop and update financial models and forecasts, perform variance analysis to evaluate financial performance, and prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide management with insights and data-driven recommendations for cost control, revenue optimization, and overall financial decision-making.
• Performance Monitoring & Cost Control:
• Work closely with other departments to monitor and control operational costs, ensuring expenditures align with the budget.
• Identify areas where cost control can be improved and provide recommendations to enhance profitability.
• Perform cost evaluations based on productivity analysis, spending trends, and investment requirements.
• Financial Strategic Business Support:
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to support departments with financial analysis and data-driven recommendations, assist in business strategy planning, and drive process improvements. Contribute to the development of new tools and systems for better financial reporting, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide financial analysis for strategic projects, investments, and special initiatives, including ROI projections.
