Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong data analysis and variance analysis skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization.
- Demonstrated experience in management reporting and business partnering.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
- Minimum age of 25 years.
