Tax Management and Compliance:
- Oversee VAT and WHT processes, ensuring accurate data reconciliation and timely reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax reports to regulatory authorities.
- Manage tax invoice cancellations and resolve tax compliance queries.
Invoice Processing:
- Oversee end-to-end Invoice Processing, including invoice verification, coding, and approval workflows.
- Ensure accurate recording of invoice details and timely processing of payments.
- Resolve discrepancies related to invoices by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
Reconciliation and Reporting:
- Reconcile VAT and WHT data with financial systems and government platforms.
- Perform monthly reconciliations for VAT Out, VAT In, and Invoice Processing transactions.
- Prepare and submit accurate financial reports to internal teams and external auditors.
Tax Serial Number Administration:
- Monitor and request tax serial numbers to ensure adequate availability.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for system updates and uploads.
Intercompany Transactions:
- Reconcile intercompany VAT transactions across different legal entities.
- Ensure accurate intercompany postings and maintain proper documentation.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Distributor Territories (DTs), Tax Consultants, and internal claim teams for process alignment.
- Communicate with tax authorities and auditors to resolve compliance matters.
- Engage with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice-related issues.
Ad Hoc Support:
- Manage Distributor queries on invoice completeness and payment status.
- Address tax and invoice processing-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support for audits and other compliance requirements.
Kualifikasi
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in VAT, tax reconciliation, financial controlling, or Invoice Processing roles, preferably within a multinational organization.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Hands-on experience with S/4 or similar ERP systems.
- Familiarity with tax reporting software and government tax platforms (e.g., DJP, Efaktur).
Analytical Skills:
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to reconcile large data sets.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams, suppliers, and tax authorities.
Organizational Skills:
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
Compliance Awareness:
- Sound knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, VAT, WHT policies, and Invoice Processing procedures.
