Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee the finance shared service operations for Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand, covering accounting, tax, and treasury functions.
- Prepare and ensure accurate cash flow forecasts to maintain sufficient liquidity.
- Lead intercompany reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage the month-end closing process and produce timely management reports.
- Provide variance analysis, working closely with the FP&A team to support financial insights.
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external audits.
- Partner with operations and sales teams to aid in business decisions.
- Lead initiatives to improve internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or CA qualifications are preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with an audit background being an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, Dynamics, or SAP is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools.
- Ability to travel regionally when required for job responsibilities.
