- Invoice Management: Assist in reviewing and authorizing invoices, ensuring proper approval, and accurate coding in the general ledger.
- Cash Flow Oversight: Monitor and assist in managing cash flows to optimize investments and meet financial obligations.
- Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors during financial, compliance, and tax audits.
- Internal Controls: Support the establishment and monitoring of company policies and internal controls, with a focus on spending controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.
- Budget Assistance: Assist in creating budgets, utilizing historical data to support financial planning and forecasting.
- Financial Strategy: Contribute to the development of financial strategies that minimize risks and identify growth opportunities.
- Compliance Assurance: Help ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, industry standards, and financial practices.
- Tax Advisory Support: Assist in handling engagements related to GST, Service Tax, VAT, Customs, appeals, tax restructuring, and provide tax advisory and consulting services.
- Reporting and Analysis: Contribute to accurate financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Cost Efficiency: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiencies across the organization.
- External Reporting: Preparing tax and financial statements for the company.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Familiarity with accurate accounting software.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing financial statements.
- Ability to develop financial dashboards and visualizations.
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as DOE, PDCA, DMAIC, 8 step A3, 8D, 5Why, Fishbone diagrams, and Pareto charts.
- Understanding of Tax Regulations Harmonization Law ("HPP Law") and Indonesia Customs Law to minimize penalties and audits.
- Knowledge of customs and trade facilities.
- Proven experience in a Related role.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
