This role will be responsible for managing both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Generate and send out invoices to customers promptly.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile discrepancies in customer accounts and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions.
- Verify and process invoices, ensuring accurate coding and approval.
- Prepare and perform payment runs, including checks and electronic transfers.
- Reconcile vendor statements and address any discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment-related inquiries.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all AP transactions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial-related queries.
- Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
