Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Process and record financial transactions accurately and timely using accounting software.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all financial activities.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist in implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from reputable university.
- Previous experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and reporting requirements.
- Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is a plus.
