Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Prepare, reconcile, and maintain reports on the company's financial expenditures and transactions.
Manage the administration and documentation of all company cash transactions.
Process operational payment requests, obtain the necessary approvals, and compile them into financial reports.
Accurately and timely record financial transactions and reports in the ERP system.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding cash disbursement requests and payment processes.
Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded, properly documented, and completed in a timely manner.

Kualifikasi

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting.
At least 2 years of experience as a Finance Staff or in a similar role.
Familiar with and experienced in using ERP systems.
Detail-oriented, honest, self-motivated, responsible, and able to maintain a high level of integrity.
