Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
  2. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
  3. Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
  4. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  5. Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making processes.
  6. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
  7. Assist with internal and external audits, including the preparation of audit schedules and responses to audit inquiries.
  8. Monitor cash flow and liquidity, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in tax,finance and accounting.

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and integrity in financial practices.
  8. Understanding of financial principles and practices
  9. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
