We're building the most trusted parenting company in Indonesia, across tech, nutrition, ecommerce, and education. As our business scales rapidly, we need smarter, faster, and more reliable finance operations. This role will be the engine behind that transformation — leading finance system improvements, standardizing SOPs, and helping future-proof our finance infrastructure.
What You’ll Own
- Finance Process Standardization: Map, document, and optimize core finance workflows (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report), collaborating closely with Accounting, Ops, and FP&A.
- ERP (NetSuite) Improvements: Act as finance’s project lead on ERP module rollouts, data accuracy, configuration input, and user adoption.
- Internal Controls & Risk Mitigation: Identify process risks, gaps in controls, and manual workarounds; propose actionable solutions to improve control environment.
- System & Automation Projects: Support finance-led initiatives to automate workflows, improve accuracy, and reduce cycle times.
- Cross-Team Enablement: Ensure proper documentation, training, and rollout of any process or system changes across functions.
What Success Looks Like
- All core finance SOPs (O2C, P2P, R2R) are documented, standardized, and used by relevant teams.
- NetSuite modules are optimized for accuracy and usability, with high adoption across finance users.
- Key finance risks and control gaps are clearly identified, with action plans in place.
- Time spent on manual processes drops significantly via system or process automation.
- Business users trust finance data, processes, and systems more than ever.

You’re a Fit If You
- Are a structured thinker who loves improving messy processes and documenting them clearly.
- Can translate between finance, operations, and tech without losing precision.
- Have experience implementing or improving ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) in high-growth environments.
- Thrive in cross-functional teams and don’t wait to be told what’s broken — you find it and fix it.
- Are detail-oriented, persistent, and humble — and prefer clarity over flash.
