From 2022 to 2023, we tripled our revenue, and between January and August 2024, we achieved the same growth again. We are looking for Finance Operations Senior Associate to support the finance and operations team in achieving operations efficiency by ensuring effective financial management system.
Job description and key responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing reconciliation and settlement to merchants/clients in daily and monthly basis
- Act as point of contact for dispute resolution with payment partners
- Assist and analyse Account Receivables and Account Payables process, which involves becoming the intermediary between company and payment partners in case of any discrepancies
- Assist bank account opening process
- Work closely with various internal teams for Finance Operations process improvement
- Provide support and prepare data pertaining to cost and revenue
- Assist the process of financial audit
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics/Accounting
- Business fluency in English and Bahasa
- 2-3 years of working experience in Finance/Reconciliation
- Experience in Banking Industry or Financial Technology is preferable
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data for reconciliation process
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and able to multitask
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
