Digital payments in SEA are poised to grow at a very fast pace with gross transaction volumes expected to cross $1 trillion in 2025. We have launched in Indonesia with a one-stop solution for frictionless checkout, easy to integrate modern APIs, and a single dashboard to manage payments and financial needs.
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Finance Operations Senior Associate (contract based) to oversee and execute key financial processes, including top-ups, settlements, and reconciliations.
Job description and key responsibilities:
- Monitor top-up alert notifications and ensure timely execution of top-up transactions in compliance with SLA requirements.
- Maintain and update daily top-up reports to ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Perform accurate and timely settlements for merchants and clients, including reconciliation of transactions.
- Maintain and update daily settlement reports, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial records.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and payment partners to resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth financial operations processes.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- >2years of relevant experience in financial operations, reconciliation, settlements, or treasury.
- Experience in financial technology and knowledge of payments are preferred.
- Familiar with internet banking as a maker.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Business fluency in English and Bahasa.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
- Strong project and time management skills.
