Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Purchase and sales reporting, including but not limited to:
- Daily reconciliation of collection from customers (related to settlement report from bank, e-wallet, COD, and sales data)
- Check on the alignment of purchase amount vs payment from customers
- Have visibility of mismatched data and follow up with related parties (if needed)
- Manage commercial reporting on a monthly basis
- Liaise with banks and other external parties, tech, and product team, if there is any payment or settlement report issue.
- Prepare a list of refunds and have visibility on each refund
- Have strong control on chargeback
Kualifikasi
- Min 1 year of experience in Finance Operations
- Familiar with doing reconciliation process
- Excellent skill with data processing
- Proficiency in English communication
