Finance Operations Manager bridges strategic planning and day-to-day execution, overseeing financial processes like budgeting, reporting, and compliance. They optimize efficiency, manage cash flow, mitigate risk, and often supervise teams to ensure accurate financial data and adherence to regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement better systems for financial control, such as automating invoicing, improving inventory tracking, and enhancing reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including budget-vs-actual analysis and cash flow projections.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. This includes overseeing statutory deductions and auditing.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process, assisting senior management in achieving strategic goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience in financial operations, including supervisory roles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Accurate) and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to bridge operational gaps
