Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and payable.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are processed in line with company policies.
  • Perform daily cash reconciliations and monitor bank balances.
  • Prepare and submit timely financial reports (cash flow, receivables, payables, and budgets).
  • Follow up on overdue invoices and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for financial clarity and resolution.
  • Support office management tasks, ensuring that office supplies and maintenance needs are met in line with company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum D3/S1 graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial systems.
  • Possesses strong analytical thinking, is proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible.
  • Able to maintain data confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity, detail oriented and professionalism.
  • Ready to join ASAP.
