Hi! We are PT Putera Mahkota Indonesia, the distributor of K18 and GHD brands in Indonesia.
We’re looking for a skilled Finance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all invoices are billed, managing accounts receivable and payable and manage fund disbursements for company expenses. You’ll work closely with the Finance Controller Manager to ensure financial transactions align with company policies and procedures. Your attention to detail will help maintain accurate records, streamline cash flow, and provide essential financial reports to support smooth operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and payable.
- Ensure all financial transactions are processed in line with company policies.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and monitor bank balances.
- Prepare and submit timely financial reports (cash flow, receivables, payables, and budgets).
- Follow up on overdue invoices and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for financial clarity and resolution.
- Support office management tasks, ensuring that office supplies and maintenance needs are met in line with company policies
Kualifikasi
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial systems.
- Experience in risk management, administration, and cash management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong concern for order
- High level of integrity and professionalism
