Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage finance team and overseeing finance day-to-day operations, including billing, account receivables, accounts payables, and other financial operation matters.
- Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting
- Continuously tracking the company’s financial status and performance to identify area of improvement
- Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support business decision-making
- Overseeing and evaluating credit requests and payment collection from customer
Kualifikasi
- At least Diploma's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Finance operations and Accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisor or managerial role
- Have comprehensive understanding in Finance and Accounting Experience in a manufacturing or production-oriented environment is preferred
- Experience in overseas will be preferred
- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to create financial models
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia or English to convey financial information and insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing business environments and take the initiative to drive financial improvements
- Singaporean or Malaysian willing to be placed in indonesia
