Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies and budgets for both Indonesia and Philippines branches.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Prepare financial reports and provide insights to senior management and headquarters.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements in Indonesia and the Philippines.
• Collaborate with local legal and tax advisors to address regulatory and compliance issues.

Cash Flow Management:

• Manage cash flow, including forecasting and optimizing working capital.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes to maintain healthy cash flow.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor finance teams in both branches, fostering professional growth and development.
• Promote a culture of financial discipline and accountability.

Financial Risk Management:

• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Implement internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.

Audit and External Relations:

• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's objectives.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations for expansion and investment decisions.
