Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Establish and improve the company's financial system, establish a scientific and systematic financial accounting and monitoring system that conforms to the actual situation of the company, and carry out effective internal control;
  2. Complete the preparation of financial statements and financial budgets, and provide timely and effective financial professional analysis for the company's decision-making.
  3. Formulate the establishment of the budget system, such as budget preparation, implementation and control; according to the company's medium and long-term business plan, organize the preparation of annual comprehensive financial plans and control standards;
  4. Organize, plan and manage the company's taxation;
  5. Monitor and forecast cash flow, determine and monitor the reasonable structure of the company's liabilities and capital;
  6. Provide suggestions and decision support for the company's major investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions and other business activities, and participate in risk assessment, tracking and control;
  7. Coordinate the work of domestic and foreign financial, taxation, banking and other relevant departments and accounting firms and other relevant intermediary agencies, and establish and maintain good relations with them.

Kualifikasi

  1. More than 5 years of financial work experience in financial enterprises, fintech-related companies, relevant work experience in the four major firms, majors in finance/accounting/finance, etc., holders of relevant professional certificates (such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, etc.) are preferred;
  2. Have been dealing with OJK
  3. Overseas work background is preferred, English communication, reading and writing skills are required;
  4. Have rich management and practical experience in financial management;
  5. Familiar with financial regulations, investment, and corporate financial systems and processes related to overseas structure enterprises; familiar with tax law policies, operational analysis, cost control and cost accounting;
  6. Strong team leadership skills, interpersonal communication and coordination skills, planning and execution skills, and strong sense of responsibility.
  7. Willing to be placed in HQ, South Jakarta
