We are hiring: Finance Manager
We are looking for a Finance Manager with strong experience in supply chain, startups, and financial management to help us scale sustainably as we expand across Indonesia and beyond. This role will report directly to the leadership team and play a critical role in ensuring financial discipline, compliance, and readiness for audits and fundraising.
If you have at least 5 years of experience in finance, a track record in supply chain or B2B industries, and exposure to audits and fundraising processes, we want to hear from you!
IMPORTANT: We are only considering candidates who are able to commute to our BSD office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing, reconciliations, and management reports.
- Manage audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulators.
- Partner with leadership to support fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting.
- Develop financial models to evaluate business performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Strengthen internal controls, policies, and processes to ensure compliance and reduce risk.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making across commercial, operations, and product teams.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of finance experience, preferably in supply chain, FMCG, or startup environments.
- Proven experience in audits (Big 4 background is a plus) and exposure to fundraising processes.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, taxation, and compliance.
- Solid skills in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting/ERP software and MS Excel (advanced).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with external stakeholders.
- High level of ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (native) and English (professional).
